Leonucci Stefano

Founded in 1964 in Massa Martana, Cantina Leonucci quickly established itself as a landmark in the province of Perugia. The rich soils surrounding the winery were perfectly suited for viticulture, and the family’s tireless efforts ensured that every grape destined for their wines was of the highest quality.

But what really set Stephen Leonucci apart was the family that ran it. With a warm and welcoming approach, owner Stefano became a familiar face to all who visited the winery. His passion for the world of wine was infectious, and his hospitality was second to none.

Over the years, the Leonucci winery has grown and prospered. Today it boasts more than 70 hectares of land, 10 of which are reserved for growing grapes. Although the winery is famous for its red wines, the Leonucci family has always strived to plant a limited amount of vines to produce the best quality grapes possible.

At Leonucci Stephen’s, we believe that wine is an art form. It is a labor of love that requires patience, dedication and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With each bottle of wine that bears our name, we seek to capture the essence of the Umbrian landscape, the passion of our family and the spirit of Italy itself.
