This young red wine is made from 90% Ciliegiolo, 10% Sangiovese grapes harvested by hand in September to ensure optimal ripeness.
Recommended pairings: Pairs very well with a board of cured meats, first courses with meat sauces or roasted white meat main courses.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.
In summer try it chilled (13° – 15°).

This historic property houses a captivating cellar beneath its grounds, untouched and perfectly preserved for over two centuries.
The winery takes its name from Marco Monchiero and Lucia Carbone, the parents of Francesco Monchiero, who began the winemaking venture using vineyards inherited from both sides of the family. The roots of their winemaking tradition, however, run deep, tracing back through generations of dedicated grape growers from both families.
