A red that after the juvenile phase of the fragrance gains depth and thickness while remaining in the sphere of elegance and drinkability.
The aromas are fresh cherry and violet, mature leather, roots and earth. In the mouth the acidity plug called the dynamics and the final
memories of the rich and juicy, accurately recall the nose. A wine with the ductility value, from the first to the meat, maintains humbly comparison with food.
Red wine made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the hills and cultivated in rows as in the Umbrian rural tradition.
They just follow the cycles of the moon phases for the work in the vineyard and in the cellar, where there is inspired by principles of absolute naturalness.
The land is only occasionally aided with proceeds manure from animals of the company. Do not add yeast than those derived from grapes and the wine cellar. The farm use steel containers, fiberglass and cement vitrified.
