Collenottolo Montefalco Sagrantino presents an intense ruby color. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of extraordinary finesse with notes of blackberries, ripe blueberries and small red fruits, accompanied by hints of citrus, dark spices and medicinal herbs.
Suggested pairings: It goes well with different types of meat, from beef to pork, from kid to lamb, not forgetting game dishes. Another excellence of the Umbria region is undoubtedly the black truffle, perfect pairing with Sagrantino as this type of wine is able to enhance the aroma and flavor of the prized mushroom.
