APPELLATION: IGP Umbria Rosato
PRODUCTION AREA: Trasimeno hills
VARIETY: Gamay del Trasimeno (Grenache)
VINIFICATION: cold maceration for 6 hours in the skin, soft pressing, clarification and cold fermentation at controlled temperature of 16 °C.
AGING: 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
AGING IN BOTTLE: 3 months
OLFACTORY CHARACTERISTICS: bright cherrycolored wine, “La Bisbetica” traps the floral scents with fruity rasberry and cherry..
TASTE CHARACTERISTICS: The taste is striking for its flavor, a pleasant sour vein which makes it an intense and persistent flavor.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 12° C
COUPLING: Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany fish and white meat.
