Production Process:
Our dedication begins with manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by spontaneous fermentation without the use of added yeasts. The maceration on the skins, variable depending on the vintage, imparts depth and complexity to the wine.

Maturation and Aging:
Our Opra Trasimeno spends 10 months in concrete to develop its unique structure. Subsequently, it further refines for 3 months in the bottle, reaching excellence.

Sensory Characteristics:
The wine presents itself with a lively ruby red color. On the nose, it is rich in red fruit, plum, and sour cherries harmoniously fused with spicy notes. On the palate, the typical finish of crispy cherry stands out, accompanied by a fine and silky tannic structure.
