Wine Characteristics:
Variety: Alto Adige Moscato Giallo DOC
Origin: Italy
Aromas: Intensely aromatic, with notes of ripe fruit and nutmeg.
Taste: Pleasantly sweet, with a refreshing acidity that makes it perfect as an aperitif.

Winemaking Process:
Training system: Guyot
Vinification: Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel, aging for 5 – 7 months on fine lees, without malolactic fermentation.

Recommended Pairings:
Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with desserts and cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 6° – 8°C

Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol.
