This D.O.C. (Denomination of Controlled Origin) wine is the result of the passion and expertise of Montefalco’s winemakers, in a charming location that provides an ideal exposure, altitude, and loamy, clayey soil contributing to the complexity of the final product.

With its vines planted since 1992 at an altitude of 420 meters above sea level, this wine is the fruit of meticulous work, from Guyot training with 5,500 vines per hectare to vinification with maceration on the skins for over a month. Aging occurs in large barrels and French oak barriques for 18 months, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging.
