Montefalco Bianco shows a straw yellow color with light golden reflections.
The bouquet is fruity, with predominant notes of peach and apricot, accompanied by nuances of sweet fruit, dried fruit and yellow flowers. Full-bodied, crisp and very persistent.
Suggested pairings: Goes well with assorted appetizers, soups, farro salad, seafood dishes in general, including those based on lake and river fish such as shellfish, grilled foods, fried foods, seafood salads, pasta dishes, fish soups, and soft cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Montefalco Bianco DOC – Scacciadiavoli
Montefalco Bianco Scacciadiavoli, balanced blend of Trebbiano Spoletino (50%), Grechetto (30%), and Chardonnay (20%). The Montefalco Bianco Scacciadiavoli matures “sur lies” in steel tanks for at least 9 months and continues to age in the bottle for a minimum of 9 months. Montefalco Bianco boasts a straw-yellow color with light golden reflections. The bouquet is fruity, featuring predominant notes of peach and apricot, complemented by hints of sweet fruit, dried fruit, and yellow flowers. It is full-bodied, crisp, and very persistent.
Serving at a temperature of 8-10°C is recommended. It pairs perfectly with assorted appetizers, soups, farro salad, a variety of fish dishes, including those from lakes and rivers, such as shellfish, grills, fried seafood, seafood salads, first courses, fish soups, and soft cheeses.
