Production area: Bolzano, Alto Adige
Harvest: hand-picked in small boxes.
Vinification: grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. Fermented with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Each fermenter is pumped-over daily to maximize the flavor and color extraction
Ageing: matured in big oak casks.
Color: deep ruby red.
Aroma: intense, fruity, hints of red fruit, blackberry, blueberry, cherry and iris.
Flavor: rich, very tasty, silky and deep.
Food pairing: thanks to its personality matches well with red meat, roasted meat, medium-long aged cheese.
Serving temperature: 16 -17° C.
