Type of soil: Clay and calcareous soil.
Harvest: Hand picked at the first half of September
Production policies: three months in steel.
Bouquet: Yellow peaches. Slightly vegetal. Mineral hints.
Taste: Fresh and well balanced. Ending with almonds.
Combinations: chickpeas with cod but also white meats and roast fish.
Alcohol content: 12,5 % Vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C (50-54 °F).
Aging potential: 3 years.
