Winemaking:
Vigna Tonda Spoletino Antonelli is the result of spontaneous fermentation without temperature control. The long maceration on the skins occurs in ceramic containers, preserving the unique characteristics of the grapes.

Aging:
After racking, the wine matures in amphorae for several months, gaining complexity and aromatic depth.
