Serving temperature: can be served chilled at 10° C. but if preferred at a room temperature of 20° C.

Vernaccia di Cannara Colle di Rocco is an ancient passito wine, produced with Cornetta grapes, a rare and tannic indigenous black grape variety. Bottle Sizes: 375 ml
Varieties: Cornetta Grape (85%), Sagrantino (5%), Merlot (5%), Montepulciano (5%)
Harvest Period: mid-October
Harvest Technique: exclusively by hand
Drying: 2-3 months on “camorcanne” at a constant temperature (15°C)
Wine Yield: 25% (each quintal of grapes produces approximately 25 liters of passito wine)
Fermentation: in tanks for 20 days at controlled temperature
Aging: in stainless steel for 4 months
Alcohol Content: 15.5%
Residual Sugars: 13-16% (varies according to the vintage)
Notes: Unpasteurized and unfiltered wine
Tasting Notes:
Vernaccia di Cannara Colle di Rocco presents an intense violet-red color, dense, with rich aromas and flavors of red fruit, blackberry, and violet. Strong tannins are perfectly balanced by acidity and sweetness, leaving the mouth dry and clean. The finish is persistent and pleasantly fruity.
Serving Temperature:
Serve chilled at 10°C or at room temperature between 18 and 20°C.
