Suggested pairings: shellfish and seafood, in particular, given their sweet tendency, perfectly complement the wine’s acidity and savoriness. But also poultry and unaged goat or cow cheeses can be a good accompaniment for Riesling.

This historic property houses a captivating cellar beneath its grounds, untouched and perfectly preserved for over two centuries.
The winery takes its name from Marco Monchiero and Lucia Carbone, the parents of Francesco Monchiero, who began the winemaking venture using vineyards inherited from both sides of the family. The roots of their winemaking tradition, however, run deep, tracing back through generations of dedicated grape growers from both families.
