Primitivo IGT Imprint A-Mano is made with all dried grapes. Some of the grapes are left to dry on the vine, some are harvested in boxes and allowed to dry and ripen in the fruttaio.
Purple-red color with violet hues. Aroma of red fruits, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries with spicy notes. Velvety and round taste with a long finish that envelops the important gradation.
Suggested pairings: roasts and mixed grills, pasta with full-bodied sauces and mushrooms
Serving temperature: 16-17°C.

Even a wine can be like that: fun and memorable at the same time. That’s the effect Primitivo IGT Imprint A-Mano has on everyone who tastes it.
Primitivo IGT Imprint is round, full-bodied and fruity from the first taste, slowly bewitching you, inviting you to take another sip. A great wine. A serious wine.
Once you taste it, you won’t be able to get it out of your head. Grapes: 100% Primitivo Appassito Grape production area: Torricella, Sava, Lizzano and Pulsano. Vinification: late harvest and drying in fruit lofts. Then fermentation at low temperature.
Maturation: wine rests in cement tanks for 6 months (no aging in wood) and further aging in bottle for six months. Tasting notes: Red-purple color with purplish highlights. Nose of red fruits, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries with spicy notes. Velvety and round taste, with a long finish that envelops the important gradation. Recommended food pairings: roasts and mixed grills, pasta with full-bodied sauces and mushrooms.

Our cellar, modern and functional, was completely renovated in 1997 and today presents inside: A vinification and storage department where there are stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage of wines, equipped with devices for temperature regulation and automation of the pumping-over of red wines during fermentation.
