Deep, rich ruby red color and an aromatic bouquet. A mix of elderberries, black cherries and wild berries gives way to mentholated and spicy notes. The balanced taste is predominantly tannic, but not overpowering.
Recommended pairings: It is recommended to try semi-seasoned cheeses, cured meats and cold cuts. In addition, it is worth tasting mountain-inspired pasta dishes, tagliatelle with truffles and ragout of venison, wild boar and duck. For a younger vintage of wine, try mushroom risottos, fish soups and hearty fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 16°-18° C.
