Tenuta Valdipiatta Pinot Noir represents the manifestation of our love for this noble grape variety and the curiosity to explore the surprises of our terroir. With two thousand vines trained by spurred cordon, we dedicate a double harvest and totally manual vinification to this wine. It expresses the craftsmanship of our work and our constant enthusiasm for experimentation.
Suggested pairings: It pairs beautifully with important fish dishes, shellfish, raw seafood or land dishes, stuffed or baked pastas, truffle sauces, grilled red meats, roasts and medium or long aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
