Production Process

Harvest: Manually harvested in the first half of October, followed by careful cluster selection through inline sorting.
Vinification: Red fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures ensures the authentic expression of the grape’s aromas and flavors.
Aging: Aged for 14 to 18 months in wood, imparting complexity and structure to the wine.
Montefalco Sagrantino Goretti aged: Minimum of 12/14 months in the bottle, allowing the wine to evolve and reach its full expression.

Montefalco Sagrantino Goretti
Color: Dark ruby red with intense violet reflections and garnet hues when aged.
Aroma: Complex, rich, and spicy, with extraordinary balance. Fruity notes of blackberry, raspberry, and plum envelop the senses in a comforting embrace.
