With a dark ruby red color and a powerful aroma of blackberries and plums, this wine boasts well-balanced tannicity and freshness, perfectly complemented by alcohol and sugars. Aged in wood for at least 2 years and bottled for another 2, this aging wine only gets better with time, improving for more than 10 years.
Ideal pairings: pair with aged cheeses, cured meats, grilled meats and game

This historic property houses a captivating cellar beneath its grounds, untouched and perfectly preserved for over two centuries.
The winery takes its name from Marco Monchiero and Lucia Carbone, the parents of Francesco Monchiero, who began the winemaking venture using vineyards inherited from both sides of the family. The roots of their winemaking tradition, however, run deep, tracing back through generations of dedicated grape growers from both families.
