Metodo Classico Rosé – Marcalberto

Metodo Classico Rosé Marcalberto is the son of a path of experiences and experimentations. Its peculiarity is inherent in the production technique. It is vinified according to the oldest technique used in the production of rose wines, very often applied in French and much less in Italy, and it is based on the addition of a small part of red wine based on white wine, so as to make the color brighter and long-lasting. The wine is fresh and fruity with a light tannic feeling.

Grape variety: Pinot Noir – Chardonnay
Vineyard: In the municipalities of Santo Stefano Belbo / Calosso /Cossano Belbo / Loazzolo

Cellar:

Monchiero Carbone Winery is located in Canale, at the heart of the town, within an elegant 19th-century estate. Leggi di più

This historic property houses a captivating cellar beneath its grounds, untouched and perfectly preserved for over two centuries.

The winery takes its name from Marco Monchiero and Lucia Carbone, the parents of Francesco Monchiero, who began the winemaking venture using vineyards inherited from both sides of the family. The roots of their winemaking tradition, however, run deep, tracing back through generations of dedicated grape growers from both families.
