It is vinified according to the oldest technique used in the production of rose wines, very often applied in French and much less in Italy, and it is based on the addition of a small part of red wine based on white wine, so as to make the color brighter and long-lasting. The wine is fresh and fruity with a light tannic feeling.

Organoleptic features

Fine and persistent pelage, antique pink color. The aroma has scents of bread crust and red fruits. The mouthfeel has a right level of balance between structure and freshness.

Pairings: Metodo Classico Rosé Marcalberto ideal throughout the meal, including with red meat dishes, though not suitable for pairing with desserts.
