Immersed in the heart of the vineyards that embrace the northern slope of Mount Etna, Mari di Ripiddu draws nourishment from a volcanic, rocky, mineral-rich soil. In Contrada Calderara, in the municipality of Randazzo, at 650 meters above sea level, nature offers a unique and suggestive environment. Here, the vineyards develop according to the trellis system, with high planting density that gives the wine a unique structure and complexity. With a yield of 50 quintals per hectare, each grape cluster tells the millennia-old story of this land.
