Company Audarya looks to the tradition, with a new look.
Leading the business are Salvatore and Nicoletta, the new generation, with the vital contribution of their father Enrico’s experience.

Terroir
The area where today Serdiana is located has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. Over the centuries it has witnessed the passage of the Nuragic civilization to first the Punic and then the Roman.
After the Vandal and Byzantine domination, Serdiana was part of the judged of Cagliari, in the Middle Age. The construction of the church of Santa Maria di Sibiola dates back to 1125.
In 1257 Serdiana passed to the Giudicato of Arborea and then to the Republic of Pisa in 1297; then it became Aragonese in 1323 and spanish until 1720.
The urban layout of the village still reflects the original housing cluster of the center. The historical center of Serdiana still maintains, in fact, a layout clearly of arabic-spanish origins.
Serdiana is located few kilometers from Su Stani Saliu, home to a rich fauna, including the famous pink flamingos, now settled in Cagliari, and a large population of black-winged stilt.
Serdiana has always been a thriving agricultural center. Currently it is famous for its grape production.
Estates
4 estates: Audarya, Acquasassa, Su stani, Is Crabilis.
We cultivate native varieties of grapes, from Sardinia and the area of Cagliari, in Integrated Farming.
The bush vines are all head-trained, short-espaliered, in the traditional Sardinian way. The average age of the vineyards is over 20 years, and the majority of these were planted by Enrico and his father.
The altitude is about 150/200 masl and the expositions have been studied to favour a healthy growth of the vines.
Every estate has unique terroirs, characterized by limestone, marl, and clay.
The sea air of the Gulf has its influence, and gives unique characteristic.
Salvatore and Enrico take care of the vineyards first-hand, supported by the wine producers of Seridiana, who have always worked with the family.
Winecellar
37 hectares of vineyards, 10 of which surround the winery, born amidst the green.
A special place where the winery, the vineyards and the sky join together.
Here our wines are born, among the big steel vats and the ones in concrete, the wine cellar with the barrels, the bottling room, everything rigorously inside the same structure, steps away from the vineyards.
