The color is golden yellow with charged golden reflections, accompanied by good froth formation.
The bouquet is complex, rich and persistent, with toasted and buttery notes, nuances of pastry, nuts, citrus, spices, hydrocarbons and acacia honey.
Suggested pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or with hors d’oeuvres, but goes equally well with fish-based first and main courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.

This historic property houses a captivating cellar beneath its grounds, untouched and perfectly preserved for over two centuries.
The winery takes its name from Marco Monchiero and Lucia Carbone, the parents of Francesco Monchiero, who began the winemaking venture using vineyards inherited from both sides of the family. The roots of their winemaking tradition, however, run deep, tracing back through generations of dedicated grape growers from both families.
