From a technical perspective, this exceptional wine is characterized by the use of Sangiovese Grosso grapes and an aging process that includes monolactic fermentation in Barriques, two years in oak barrels of 40 Hl, and an additional 12 months of maturation in the bottle. The six hectares of vineyard, with a density of 4500 selected vines per hectare, contribute to creating a high-quality wine.
With an alcohol content of 14.5%, Brunello di Montalcino is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 18°C.
