With the first sip, you will notice a vertical entry, lively and fresh, but also warm and enveloping. The tannic structure is harmonious and sinuous, giving a pleasant finish with good acidity that invites a second glass.
Suggested pairings: it is a versatile wine, which goes well especially with red meat, game and venison, grilled meat, but also does not disdain cured meats and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Box Montefalco Rosso CAMPOdeSOPRE, with its Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC), is an Italian wine that presents itself in a very bright, brilliant, and cheerful purplish-red color, announcing its youth and liveliness. The bouquet is lively and immediate, dominated by wild berries, especially blueberries and raspberries, with a note of freshly picked cherries. This historic property houses a captivating cellar beneath its grounds, untouched and perfectly preserved for over two centuries.
The winery takes its name from Marco Monchiero and Lucia Carbone, the parents of Francesco Monchiero, who began the winemaking venture using vineyards inherited from both sides of the family. The roots of their winemaking tradition, however, run deep, tracing back through generations of dedicated grape growers from both families.
