It shows an intense ruby red color enriched with garnet reflections. On the nose, an inviting bouquet of ripe plums, blueberries and violets emerges, harmoniously accompanied by notes of licorice, cinnamon and tobacco. In the mouth, well-structured tannins and intense fruit give a dense, full and enveloping flavor, leaving an indelible impression on the palate.
Suggested pairings: Ideal in combination with important red meat dishes and medium and long aged cheeses
Serving Temperature: 18 – 20°C.

This historic property houses a captivating cellar beneath its grounds, untouched and perfectly preserved for over two centuries.
The winery takes its name from Marco Monchiero and Lucia Carbone, the parents of Francesco Monchiero, who began the winemaking venture using vineyards inherited from both sides of the family. The roots of their winemaking tradition, however, run deep, tracing back through generations of dedicated grape growers from both families.
