Our Story:
Our story begins with the visionary Lodovico Mattoni, who had the insight to create a dry Sagrantino, breaking away from the traditional Passito method. This bold act opened the doors to a new world of taste and sophistication, embodying the authenticity of the Umbrian territory.

Our Wines:
Our Sagrantino is a true oenological treasure, the result of a unique terroir that gives the wine extraordinary elegance and complexity. Each vine grows in harmony with the surrounding nature, ensuring superior quality and distinctive personality.

Winemaking Process:
In our cellar, we rigorously respect nature and the territory. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats, using selected indigenous yeasts to best preserve the characteristics of Sagrantino. Aging is carefully carried out in tonneaux and large barrels, enhancing the extraordinary longevity of this wine, which can be aged for up to 30 years without losing its magnificence.
