The vaulted brick ceilings, the large stone walls, the underground passages, the ancient barrique. In every corner of Cantina Villa Sobrano one breathes history, and every wine is the expression of a unique environment both for the terroir and for the shape of the winery itself.
Its basement position, in fact, with walls over a meter thick, promotes a natural thermal insulation, maintaining temperature and humidity levels almost constant throughout the year. A condition for the benefit of wines that, aging inside both in steel and in old barriques and French oak barrels, are the result of a process of vinification as spontaneous as possible.
