From the best selection of grapes coming exclusively from the estate’s oldest vineyard, it has an intense ruby colour with garnet hues.
Warm, powerful, spicy, with velvety and balanced tannins, it is a long-lasting wine.
Recommended pairings: It goes well with important red meats, accompanied by tasty and even spicy sauces. It is at its best with long cooking times, so stews and braised meats are welcome.
