With the designation of Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT) Umbria, this wine is crafted from the perfect blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, cultivated on a 5-hectare vineyard with a northwest exposure at 360 meters above sea level. The vines, aged between 20 and 40 years, thrive in marl and sandstone soils, giving the wine a mineral complexity and an elegant structure.

The grapes are harvested at the end of September with a meticulous selection process to ensure only the finest quality. The vinification includes traditional maceration for 15 to 18 days, with pump-overs and delestage during the initial phase, followed by temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 24 months in large French oak barrels, enriching it with deep and complex aromas. An additional 6 months of bottle aging guarantees a perfect balance between flavors and aromas.
