Amaro Sibilla Varnelli – Fine Traditional Herbal Liqueur
Amaro Sibilla Varnelli is an authentic herbal essence, deeply rooted in the history of the Benedictine Monks and the picturesque Sibillini Mountains, from which it draws its inspiration and name. Created in 1868 by Girolamo Varnelli, a master herbalist who leveraged his vast experience to formulate a genuine “antimalarial and antipyretic medicine” for shepherds facing malaria during their seasonal migrations. Even today, this liqueur is obtained through a slow decoction over a wood fire, using precious ingredients such as gentian, cinchona, and other medicinal plants. Leggi di più
