Thanks to the very low use of sulfur dioxide and natural decanting, this champagne is distinguished by its purity. The low-temperature alcoholic fermentation lasts about two weeks and is completely natural, without any filtration. After aging for 3 years in the bottle, the disgorgement date is indicated on each label.
